What should breastfeeding mothers not eat and drink?

Which foods cause bloating while breastfeeding?

Coffee in moderation

The German Nutrition Society recommends that breastfeeding women, no more than three cups of coffee a day to drink. That corresponds to 300 milligrams of caffeine. Because caffeine can cause restlessness in your little one. Therefore, try no more coffee in the afternoon and evening to drink.

Alcohol and cigarettes
