Protein-, vitamin- and mineral-rich products made from milk and whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables to be found on your menu. The European Food Standard Agency (EFSA) also recommends two portions of oily sea fish (z.B. mackerel, herring or salmon) per week. This is according to current research findings. Oily sea fish contains many polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as omega-3 or omega-6. They are really good for your little bit of happiness. They have a positive influence on the central nervous system, the brain, the liver, the retina, and the immune system Your baby’s. Also Zinc, iron, proteins and B vitamins are important for your little happiness. In order for them to reach your baby through breast milk, it is recommended to eat lean meat three times a week.
What should breastfeeding mothers not eat and drink?
Raw meat, sushi, or raw milk cheese are now allowed again.. Because bacterial infections such as listeriosis and toxoplasmosis cannot be transmitted to the child through breast milk. Which foods cause bloating while breastfeeding?

Coffee in moderation
The German Nutrition Society recommends that breastfeeding women, no more than three cups of coffee a day to drink. That corresponds to 300 milligrams of caffeine. Because caffeine can cause restlessness in your little one. Therefore, try no more coffee in the afternoon and evening to drink.
Alcohol and cigarettes
