For orders over €50, shipping within Germany and to EU countries is free. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are €5.90 in Germany & €14.90 in Europe. Exceptions may apply to certain countries. You can find a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs in the table below. Shipping is carried out by our shipping partners DHL, DPD or Deutsche Post.

Free returns from Germany on orders over €50

We will cover the return shipping costs from Germany for orders with a value of €50 or more. For orders under €50, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of €5.90, or you can cover the direct costs of returning the goods.

Free returns from Europe on orders over €100

We will cover the return shipping costs from Europe for orders with a value of €100 or more. For orders up to a value of €100, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

  • the product you wish to return
  • as well as the reason for the return

Once we have received your feedback, the return label will be sent to you promptly by email.

If the value of the goods is below €50 in Germany and below €100 in the EU, we kindly ask you to send the product, with the enclosed returns form and pre-paid postage, to the following address:

100-day trial offer

  • You can test your pram at home for 100 days.
  • The offer is only valid for combination prams & buggies and not for accessories, baby carriers or car seats.
  • Your 100-day trial period only applies to prams that are on www.my-junior.com were purchased.
  • Spare parts are excluded from the offer.
  • For an order with 2 prams, the offer of 100 days trial applies to only one of the prams. The other pram has the usual trial period of 30 days.
  • The offer is not transferable.

  • Return shipment in original packaging.
  • Product in original condition.
  • The product must not show any damage or signs of use.
  • All original stickers must be present.
  • my junior® GmbH reserves the right to refuse the order if there are indications of fraud.

Shipment tracking:

After your order, you will receive the DHL or DPD tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. www.dhl.de, or, respectively. my.dpd.de/myparcel.aspx You can track the shipment.

Undeliverable parcels:

If you are not available to receive a DHL or DPD delivery in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, you will receive a notification card from DHL or DPD. This card will inform you at which post office you can collect your parcel. You can usually pick up your shipment the following day. You have the option to collect your parcel within 7* working days before it is returned to us. In this case, please contact our customer service. They will then provide you with all further information.

Package not delivered:

If your ordered item is not delivered within the shipping time mentioned above, please check the tracking number first. There you will find information about your shipment. If the shipping status has not been updated for more than 2 days, please contact our customer service at 'service@my-junior.com'.

Parcel station:

Since the pram boxes do not fit into a DHL Packstation due to their dimensions, delivery to Packstations is only possible for accessory items.

Taxes and customs

For orders from abroad, the taxes displayed in the shop apply. If you export goods purchased from us out of Germany, we will refund the VAT paid by you, subject to a fee of 15 euros. This amount will be deducted from the refundable VAT sum. Please note that the invoice must show the delivery address in the non-EU country.

Customs duties do not apply within the European Union. However, these will be charged if you have your order shipped to a non-European country. You can find the import VAT on the relevant national customs website. The processing time for refunds is 7-14 days.
