Who can participate in the refer-a-friend programme?

All members of the my junior® Family & Friends Club can take part in the refer-a-friend programme. A free Family & Friends account is required. There, you’ll find your personal referral link, which you can share with friends and family.

How do I share my personal link?

Log in to your Family & Friends account. There you'll find your personal referral link. You can easily share it with friends via WhatsApp, email or your preferred messenger.

When will the discount be redeemed?

If a person you invited makes a purchase via your personal link and reaches an order value of at least €500, the €50 discount will be automatically applied in the basket. No additional entry of a voucher code is required.

When will I receive my voucher?

As soon as the order placed through your referral has been dispatched and the 30-day return period has expired without cancellation or return, you will automatically receive your €50 voucher by email.

How do I find out whether someone has used my link?

Once an order made via your personal referral link has been successfully completed, we will notify you by email. Once the return period has expired, you will receive another email as soon as your voucher is available.

What happens with a return or cancellation?

If the order is cancelled, returned in full, or a partial return causes the minimum order value of €500 to be undershot, you will no longer be entitled to your voucher.

How long is my voucher valid?

Both the discount for the person you referred and your voucher are valid for 90 days from their respective issue dates.

Can I refer multiple friends?

Yes. You can share your personal referral link 5 times with friends and family. For each successfully completed referral that meets the conditions of participation, you will receive another €50 voucher.
