Miles & More is the frequent flyer and rewards programme offered by Lufthansa. Once you have registered with Miles & More, you can start collecting miles. Miles are not only earned through flying; you can easily collect and redeem them with us too. Not yet a Miles & More participant? If you are already a Miles & More participant, you can collect miles on every purchase at https://my-junior.com/en/. Start by adding items to your cart as usual. Here, you will see how many miles you will earn for your selected items. Then go to "Checkout" and simply activate the "Collect Miles" switch at Miles & More during the checkout process and enter your service card number (we will explain how to redeem award miles in section 3 "Redeeming Miles"). In the order overview, you will see how many miles you have collected with your purchase.

In retail stores as well, you can collect miles. All authorized my junior partners (you can find a list at https://my-junior.com/de/shops) have a display with a QR code ready. Simply scan this after your purchase to secure your award miles.

For every euro spent, you will be credited with one bonus mile. The credit will be applied after the respective return period has expired.

Your reward miles will be automatically credited to your account after your purchase. Please note that the miles can only be credited after full payment has been made and your mileage account will only be updated after the respective period has expired.

•Purchase at www.https://my-junior.com/en/: Credit up to 100 days after dispatch of the order. Please note that your order will only appear in your Miles & More account after this period has expired.

•Purchase at a retail store (authorized my junior partner, flagship store or studio): Credit up to 30 days after the date of the invoice.

In promotions where you can collect Miles & More multipliers, these miles are already indicated in the shopping cart according to the multiplier. The promotion is defined via the respective campaign. If the Miles & More multipliers are linked to a payment using your Miles & More credit card, your Miles & More service card number must be provided during the ordering process. Retrospective crediting of miles (both base miles and multiplier miles) will not be made. The crediting of the miles occurs at the time of the credit card statement and is not indicated in the shop in this case.

In some cases, unfortunately, Miles & More award miles cannot be credited. Discount codes and vouchers are deducted from the offer price. If the order is returned completely or partially, no or only proportional award miles will be credited. During promotions, the respective promotional price serves as the basis for calculating miles.
