Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Competition “Your Unique Prize”

  1. Organiser of the competition
    The competition is organised by my junior GmbH, Am Parir 25, 52379 Langerwehe, Germany (“organiser”). If you have any questions, you can contact us by email at Hallo@my-junior.com turn.

By participating in the competition, the participant fully accepts these terms and conditions of entry and the privacy policy (see section 4).

  1. Duration and procedure of the competition
    The competition begins on 3.September 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (CET) and ends on 15 November 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (CET).
    Participation takes place by the participant creating a my junior® Family & Friends Club account and activating the my junior® newsletter. The prize will be announced immediately after participation.

  2. Price
    There is a prize:

The winners will be determined by a random draw. One prize per participant and member account. The prize is not transferable and a cash payment is excluded. Prizes are only available while stocks last. The colour variant cannot be chosen.

    The organiser accepts no liability for data loss or technical malfunctions. Participation is at your own risk.

  2. Miscellaneous
    The organiser may change or terminate the competition at any time, especially in the event of force majeure. Changes to the terms and conditions of participation are reserved. German law applies; legal recourse is excluded.
