The strap of your VITA² can be easily replaced if necessary. The my junior® VITA² sports seat 5-point harness is threaded through a slot in the seat surface using a rectangular plastic locking wedge and attached to or under the seat surface. Both lap belts as well as the shoulder strap are attached to the backrest in the same way. The harness pads are not included in the delivery.

Delivery too long, customer service needs improvement
The company informs you when they do not deliver as planned. Generally, the delivery time is already quite long, and if you are also not informed that the paid goods will arrive even later, I find that unsatisfactory. I received no response to my email inquiry because the mail allegedly did not arrive; the chatbot leads you in circles, and on the phone I only got someone to answer after 35 minutes because I was repeatedly placed in the queue without any explanation.
