Frequently Asked Questions about Service

You have a 10-year warranty on prams, buggies, and child seats. For all other products, the statutory warranty of 2 years applies. It is important that you register your product if you ordered it via a specialist retailer or other websites. If you would like to learn more about the warranty, click here.

You can easily submit a warranty claim with my junior® – here’s how:

4. Submit & wait for feedback

This guarantee covers selected service and replacement benefits for your pram or buggy, providing you with long-term security and mobility. It’s important that you register your product – this can be done quickly via the service page.

Please send us an email at hello@my-junior.com or a WhatsApp message with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Alternatively, you can also reach us by phone at +49 241 90101780 – our service team will be happy to assist you personally.
Once we have received your message, you will promptly receive the return label by email.

If the value of goods is under €50 in Germany or under €100 in the EU, we kindly ask you to send the product, franked, together with the enclosed return form to the following address:
