We are looking for an immediate Marketing Manager Team Lead (m/f/d) in full-time for our office in Langerwehe between Aachen and Cologne.

That sets you apart:

• You have a completed degree with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Administration and solid professional experience as a Marketing Manager in e-commerce, either on the corporate or agency side.
• You can demonstrate several years of experience in leading teams of at least 3 people.
• You have experience in (online) campaign development, execution, and evaluation.
• Your careful and independent way of working, with a keen eye for design and detail, sets you apart.
• You are very good with numbers and have the ability to draw the right conclusions from them.
• You place great value on high-quality work, are creative, and enjoy getting to grips with new topics.
• You are a team player and known for your dedicated and reliable manner.
• You are a true digital native and always keen to think outside the box.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.

Your area of responsibility:

• You manage the holistic growth of the entire country performance across all channels.z.B. Influencer Marketing, CRM, SEO, SEA etc.)
• You are responsible for leading and developing the marketing team.
• You communicate with colleagues, identify potential, and solve problems independently and proactively.
• You keep an eye on the market and independently identify new trends, platforms, advertising formats, and processes in your areas of expertise.
• You help us achieve our company goals, take part in internal discussions, and contribute to continuously improving our corporate culture.
• You develop new strategies for (international) growth and brand development in DACH, FR, and ES.
• You analyse performance data, derive action plans and prepare reports.
• You are responsible for allocating the marketing budget.
