This is what you can expect:

• • You develop operational plans: From communication to warehousing, you gain insights into every area of the company at my junior.^®It is your responsibility to ensure that the customer journey runs smoothly in the English market as well.
• • Implementation of brand strategies: You are responsible for the development and expansion of the my junior brand^®In the English-speaking world and the development of a market strategy through market observations and competitor analyses.
• • You are responsible for the Spanish online shop: This involves preparing translations and assisting with the response to international customer enquiries.
• • Creating business plans and reports: You continuously assess the company’s progress, as well as sales and marketing successes, and prepare reports on these which you present to your superiors.
• • Expert on all topics: You are the internal and external point of contact for all questions relating to the UK market. You maintain business contacts and impress with numerous creative ideas.

This is what you should bring with you:

• • Have you completed your bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or languages with very good grades?
• • Ideally, you already have professional experience in this field and bring your expertise with you.
• • You are an expert on the English market and know it like the back of your hand? Ideally, you have even lived in an English-speaking country.
• • Ideally, you are a native speaker or have excellent English language skills. In addition, fluent German should also be among your skills.
