Content Creator/ Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

my junior® is one of the leading pram manufacturers in Germany. Our mission is to support expectant parents and their new happiness, to share dreams, and multiply moments of joy. We create, craft, and design prams with great attention to detail and closeness to the child. We are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis for our office in Langerwehe, between Aachen and Cologne, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You identify and recruit suitable influencers and UGC creators with the aim of increasing our brand awareness and are responsible for price negotiations, preparing briefings, and content coordination
• You take responsibility for the editorial planning, implementation, and optimisation of the influencer and UGC strategy
• You support our social media team in creating appealing and target group-oriented content (text, video, and images) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• You always keep an eye on monitoring and analysing social media activities, as well as measuring the success of campaigns and identifying optimisation opportunities
• You identify social media trends and observe the latest developments

What you should bring:

• You have training and experience on the agency or company side
• You have an excellent understanding of various social media platforms and how they work
• You are a creative mind with the ability to create engaging content, paired with an “eye for a good picture”
• Strength in emotional storytelling as well as a good feel for the world of prams and its community characterise you
• You can confidently say you generally have a good sense for target audiences and trends on social media
• You have analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating social media metrics
