Sales Support and Field Service Representative DACH (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• You are the main contact for our B2B customers and sales partners in the DACH region
• Customer visits and support of existing customers
• Together with the sales team, you build long-term relationships with our customers
• You are responsible for acquiring new sales partners
• You provide comprehensive support for new orders
• You take on controlling tasks
• Training of sales staff
• You also handle customer complaints

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training (industrial clerk, office management clerk, or equivalent)
• You already have professional experience in sales or customer service
• You have sound knowledge of MS Office
• Initial experience with inventory management systems is an advantage
• Your friendly and open personality with a strong service orientation sets you apart
