Discover nowHow to Take Care of Your Lucky Companion with Love
Your pram accompanies you and your little one effortlessly and perfectly in everyday life, allowing you to enjoy wonderful walks together. However, like any vehicle, your faithful companion is not immune to wear and tear. Especially if you enjoy walking through the woods or during the winter months, salt, sand or dirt can accumulate on your pram. We would like to offer you a few tips to help ensure your pram continues to accompany you on every adventure, remaining a loyal and reliable companion by your side.
For this,
we recommend that you regularly follow these steps. It's best to do this outside or using a mat. Our tip: Use our My Junior® Care Set for the best results.
Step 1: Clean your lucky charm regularly
With the WD-40 Bike Cleaner, you can clean the frame quickly and gently. Afterwards, you can simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or sponge, or rinse it off with a garden or shower hose. If you happen to find a larger area of dirt, you can remove and wash the tyres and the rear axle. In winter especially, make sure to regularly clean your pushchair with a damp cloth. This is important because road salt increases corrosion on the frame and brakes. As the fabrics are water- and dirt-repellent, you can easily wipe them clean with a damp cloth. The inner fabrics and the mattress can even be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees.
Step 2: For the perfect mobility of your lucky companion
About every three months, you should lubricate the moving parts of your lucky companion with a little Vaseline and silicone spray. Feel free to watch our video, where we show you all the areas on your pushchair that deserve your attention.
Step 3: Protect your lucky charm
Especially if you are regularly out and about with your Glück in windy and rainy weather, you should impregnate your pushchair every 3-6 months. Our impregnation spray provides reliable protection and refreshes the water- and dirt-repellent coating on all outer fabrics. For the best results, leave your Glück companion to dry for 24 hours after this step, either outside or in a well-ventilated room. General important information
- The tyres are not covered by the warranty/guarantee.
- Dry your pram thoroughly. after every journey in the rain.
- You can have the tyres inflated at the petrol station or at the bicycle shop. The permissible Tyre pressure is 0.5 BAR.
- Please push the pram no stairs down.
- Avoid collisions with kerbstones.
- Please do not place your pram on wood, linoleum, or PVC. The tyres may leave marks, Use a tyre protector or place something underneath the tyres.

Care instructions for the fabrics
- Only wash the fabrics as well as the baby bath interior and the mattress at 30 degrees and gentle wash cycle.
- You can clean the outer fabrics with a cloth. As the outer fabrics are dirt- and water-repellent, they should be easy to clean.
- Be careful not to leave the pram directly in the blazing sun when it's sunny. The fabrics can fade due to the sunlight.
