Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice for Competitions

1. Organiser The organiser of the competition is my junior GmbH | Am Parir 25 | 52379 Langerwehe | Germany | Email: hello@my-junior.com

2. Eligibility for Participation All natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the Competition Participation depends on the specific competition and is based on the mechanisms described in the respective promotion, such as commenting, liking, or following on social media platforms. Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase.

4. Participation Period The respective participation period is indicated in the specific competition post.

5. Prizes and Winner Determination Prizes are specifically named in each competition. Winners are determined at random after the close of entries. The winner will be contacted via the channel stated in the competition.

6. Notification and Acceptance of the Prize The winner will typically be contacted via direct message or email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Exclusion from Participation The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the competition. This applies particularly to the use of fake accounts or multiple participations.

8. Early Termination and Changes The organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, if this is necessary due to technical or legal reasons.

9. Liability The organiser is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In the case of ordinary negligence, the organiser is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Exclusion of Legal Proceedings Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

11. Instagram Notice This competition is not connected to Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported nor organised by Instagram in any way. The organiser is solely responsible and the point of contact.

13. Purpose of Data Processing The personal data collected during the competition will be used exclusively for conducting the competition. This includes particularly the determination and notification of winners, and the dispatch of prizes.

14. Legal Basis Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the performance of the competition.

15. Duration of Storage Data will be stored only as long as necessary for the performance of the competition. After the competition has ended and prizes have been dispatched, the data will be deleted unless there are legal storage obligations.

16. Data Disclosure Data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for the performance of the competition, e.g., to shipping service providers.

17. Rights of Data Subjects Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, limit the processing of their data, and to data portability. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

18. Right to Withdrawal If data processing is based on consent, it can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
