Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Competition "Your One-Time Prize"

  1. Organiser of the competition
    The competition is organised by my junior GmbH, Am Parir 25, 52379 Langerwehe, Germany (“organiser”). If you have any questions, you can contact us by email at Hallo@my-junior.com apply.

By participating in the competition, the participant fully accepts these terms and conditions of participation and the privacy policy (see Section 4).

  1. Duration and procedure of the competition
    The competition begins on 3.September 2025 at 3:00 pm (CET) and ends on 15 November 2025 at 12:00 pm (CET).
    Participation takes place by the participant creating a my junior® Family & Friends Club account and activating the my junior® newsletter. The prize will be announced immediately after participation.

  2. Price
    There is a prize:

  • 1. 1x MAVI with EvoFold technology

The winners will be determined by a random draw. One prize per participant and member account. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Prizes are only available while stocks last. The colour variant cannot be selected.

Purpose of data processing: Carrying out the competition, contacting the winners, providing the prizes.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

Recipient of the data:

  • Internal departments of my junior GmbH and affiliated companies
  • Commissioned service providers and third parties, e.g. for dispatching the prize and managing the newsletter

Data is processed within the EU/EEA and deleted after three years.

Rights of the data subjects: Information, rectification, erasure, objection, and data portability in accordance with the GDPR. Enquiries toHallo@my-junior.com. Complaints can be submitted to the competent data protection authority.

  1. Liability
    The organiser accepts no liability for data loss or technical disruptions. Participation is at your own risk.

  2. Miscellaneous
    The organiser may change or terminate the competition at any time, especially in the event of force majeure. Changes to the terms and conditions of participation are reserved. German law applies; legal recourse is excluded.
