Product and order processing were flawless. However, communication is greatly improvable. The product was not available in the desired color. I could not answer the only call from My Junior. My callback ended with a voicemail. An alleged email sent to me no longer reached me. There were no further contact attempts from the manufacturer. Only my call resolved the issue of the changed color and the shipment.

Unfortunately our desired color was not in stock, but we were offered a color swap. The seat was delivered quickly and we could test it extensively. We think it's great that My Junior sells more than just strollers. Since our baby is quite big, we had to get out of the car seat quickly. The seat arrived exactly as promised. It fits in perfectly and sits comfortably. Our baby slept very well in it during the long trips we have taken with the seat behind us. You can adjust the seat between lying and sitting positions, and the headrest also adjusts well.
