Offer Conditions: 100 Days Trial

  • You can now test your pram and buggy at home for 100 days
  • This only applies to combination prams and buggies, not to accessories, baby carriers, or child seats
  • Your 100-day trial period applies only to prams and buggies purchased on www.https://my-junior.com/en/
  • This service applies to purchases from 7.9.2020 onwards
  • Spare parts are also excluded from the 100-day trial
  • If you order two prams, the 100-day trial only applies to one of the two prams. The other pram has the usual test period of 30 days
  • The offer is not transferable
  • For returns between the 30th and 100th day of testing, the following conditions must be met:
    - Return shipment in original packaging
    - Product in original condition
    - Product must not show any damage or signs of use
    - All original stickers must be present
  • My Junior GmbH reserves the right to reject the order if there are signs of fraud
  • My Junior GmbH reserves the right to change the offer without prior notice

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, My Junior GmbH, Am Parir 25, 52379 Langerwehe, Telephone: +49 241 916 07 70, e-mail: hello@my-junior.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, and for returns from outside Germany, shipping costs will not be covered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods (for goods valued at €50 or more in Germany and €100 or more in the EU). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
