However, getting in and out is easy with the my junior® AURA PRO i-Size baby car seat – thanks to the ISOFIX Base Static B or the one-handed rotation function of the Base Capsule 360. If your car does not have an ISOFIX station, the seat can also be secured with the seat belt. It is also flexible: with adapters, the baby car seat can be used on the frame of the my junior® pushchair. For older children up to 105 cm and 18 kg, the my junior® CYRO 360 i-Size car seat is ideal.

No purchase recommendation because baby is not safe
Unfortunately I cannot recommend the seat for newborns and babies (ours is now 6 months old). The strap is too wide on our baby's shoulders so it slips off the shoulders, despite putting it on as instructed and with any clothing. Thus the baby is not well secured. Unfortunately closing the strap is also impractical and rarely works as smoothly and quickly as advertised, because the shoulder straps tighten at different speeds or one stays loose. So it is often a struggle until the baby is properly fastened, which causes great dissatisfaction for our daughter and unnecessary stress. Likewise with the head insert used for newborns, which is now too tight, causing ears to be pinched. Since it is firmly attached at the lower part, it cannot simply be removed. Another criticism is the buckle. It does what it's supposed to do, but when locking it into place for carrying it is so loud that our baby, if not extremely careful, wakes up immediately. It would be nice if the locking was a bit quieter. Also, operating it with one hand would be more practical. Moreover, it's not easy to maneuver the seat with baby into the ISOfix station because there are no guide rails. It takes several attempts until the seat is inside, which with baby in the seat is extremely exhausting. Positive to mention is the good workmanship. The seat feels high quality in that regard, but I would not buy it again from the above points and feel uneasy while driving because the baby is not well fastened. It is also very impractical and it's not fun to use it. Unfortunately we bought it well before birth and could no longer return it.

Das entspricht natürlich nicht unserem Anspruch.<br /> Zum Gurt möchten wir Dir gern ein paar Hinweise geben<br /> Der Schultergurt muss sehr straff angezogen werden, damit er korrekt anliegt und nicht von den Schultern rutscht. Der Abstand der Gurte ist sicherheitsrelevant und in der geltenden Norm fest definiert, weshalb dieser konstruktiv nicht enger gestaltet werden darf.<br /> Sollten sich die Schultergurte ungleichmäßig anziehen oder eine Seite locker bleiben, hilft es in der Regel, den Gurt einmal komplett nach vorne und anschließend wieder vollständig zurückzuziehen. Dadurch kann sich das Gurtsystem neu ausgleichen und wieder gleichmäßig straffen.
