Wir haben auf unseren Kindersitz 6 Monate gewartet. Leider musste ich immer aktiv selbst nachfragen und dann war der Kundendienst nicht sehr freundlich. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Transparenz und Kommunikation gewünscht. Nun haben wir den Sitz und er ist super, allerdings an einigen Stellen sehr billig verarbeitet.
