We create, craft and design prams with great attention to detail and a focus on the child. We are looking for a customer service employee (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to join our office in Langerwehe, between Aachen and Cologne, as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Open and interactive communication with our customers via email, our social media channels and by phone
• Processing orders and customer enquiries
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to further improve customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• You speak fluent German
• You are service-oriented and can empathise with different types of customers
• Excellent communication skills
• You can prioritise tasks and manage your time well
• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail
• Experience in customer support is an advantage
• You have a hands-on mentality
